Purpose of the feature
Employee’s work overview is an analytical tool that clearly shows the main aspects of the work of an employee or a team in WorkPoint.
An overview of personal work is available to each employee in the My work app. The supervisor can evaluate the work of the entire team, as well as the work of a specific employee by using the My team app.
Work
The work summary feature is intended to display the distribution of work by clients, projects, activity, as well as the utilization for the chosen period:
In the team overview mode, the supervisor can use the filter by department.
Dynamics of work
The dynamics of work feature is designed to display key indicators on the time scale:
displayed indicators:
- Production (hours).
- Utilization.
- Paid utilization.
The current period can be chosen by using the selector located on a chart or in a drop-down list in the dashboard. The data can be grouped by days, weeks, months, quarters, or years.
In the team overview mode, the supervisor can use the filter by department.
